Four cooked hamburgers on hot holding grill found with internal temperatures of 108-126*F. PIC discarded the hamburgers. It was later discovered the grill was accidentally turned off which cause the temperature drop. The grill was turned back on and will be monitored to ensure proper hot holding.

-- Chlorine concentration tested below 50ppm on dishes being washed in low temp dishwasher. The dishwasher was ran multiple times and it consistently tested below the required range of 50ppm-100ppm. At the time of inspection, the person in charge (PIC) placed a service request to repair the dishwasher and advised employees to use 3-compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes until repairs are completed. Ensure employees are utilizing chlorine test strips to verify dishes are sanitized. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
