Observed cooked eggs in a deep container with a lid in walk in holding at 85*F. PIC stated eggs were cooked right before cook left about a half hour ago. Had PIC remove eggs from container and place on sheet pans uncovered in the walk in to cool properly. Provided cooling handout with inspection report. Discussed proper cooling with PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
