observed prepackaged milk, in the lower south corner of the walk-in cooler at 47 deg f . discussed with manager on duty. manager has an additional cooler on the northside of the retail store, temperature indicating 34 deg f . manager will place new milk deliveries to the north cooler. please ensure tcs food is maintained and kept at 41 deg f .
