A pattern of non-compliance is developing for Priority violation # 45, 4-204.111, which has been noted during this inspection. Repeat Violation PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-204.111, P: Vending Machines, Automatic Shutoff. Observed main unit holding TCS Food with malfunctioning locking mechanism (checked via holding unit door open for 30 min and checking unit gauge stating unit is out of temperature at 57*F, temperature taken with min-max thermometer) . When door is closed locking mechanism looks to fall but fails to latch to unit door. Food with in unit were confirmed to be holding at 41*F, however without functioning locking mechanism there is a risk of product becoming out of temperature and failing to automatic shut off via locking mechanism. All TCS ( time/temperature for safety foods) were removed at time of inspection, person in charge stated no TCS food will be placed in the unit until unit is repaired and is confirmed to auto shut off via locking mechanism.
