No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed cleaning the inside of make table/reach-in in back area to make free of old food debris to prevent pests. Also discussed not using the hose from preinstalled sanitizer unit that is mounted over 3 comp sink. The establishment uses chlorine as a sanitizer, but had been filling the sanitizer basin (of the 3 comp sink) with water from the hose that may have residual traces of quat sanitizer still left in it.

In back area, right spray nozzle (on wall between yogurt machines) for water has a leak. Also observed plastic container under it being used to collect dripping water. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
