At time of inspection, observed hot water faucet not functioning for the hand wash sink near the ice machine. As per PIC, he wasn't sure how long the hot water faucet hasn't been working. Explained to PIC, that the hot water faucet needs to be fixed to have adequate pressure to maintain at all fixtures including the capacity to provide hot water at peak hot water demand, that includes the all the hand wash sink. Hot water of: 100°F is required at all handwash sinks. Provide adequate hot water at all sink fixtures prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 6/12/2025.
