Observed milk at 48F inside the tall fridge, the only one with perishables in it. Food was dumped by the Canteen employee that came at the end of the inspection. Ensure that all cold holding of TCS foods are kept at 41F or less. Do not put new TCS foods in the fridge until at 41F or less. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
