On 3/26/24 stopped at the Durango Grill FD-13513 (commissary for micro market) to obtain a signature for the embargo form from the routine inspection conducted on 3/20/24. The PIC confirmed the embargoed food items were discarded on 3/20/24. Reviewed self-locking mechanism for micro-markets and reviewed discarding procedures. Discussed the introduction of new hot products in the future such as breakfast burritos. Informed the operator to reach out to us for guidance when ready. This advisory report will be sent via email.
