The unit was locked during the re-inspection because it is out of temperature. No TCS foods are being stored. Please ensure the unit can keep TCS foods at 41°F prior to use.

No County legal action will result from this inspection.Upon re-inspection, violation #47 has not been corrected. The self-locking mechanism is still missing on the refrigerator. Due to the self-locking mechanism being missing, TCS foods had internal temperatures of 49°F and the ambient temperature was 47°F-48°F. A virtual and phone meeting was conducted with the PIC to show the temperatures of the products and the missing self-locking mechanism. Obtained verbal permission from the PIC to discard all TCS products above 41°F. Please ensure only non-TCS food is stored in this unit until it is able to keep products at 41*F or below. A re-inspection will be conducted on 2/19/26.
