Observed the menu with an asterisk next to the burger option and observed no statement about consuming raw or undercooked meats. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement. Discussed to incorporate the approved statement on all menus prior to reinspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. 9/24/26
