Advised PIC to maintain both foods at 41*F or below during non-peak hours. PIC created a time as a control policy at the time of inspection. PIC stated kitchen will be remodeled in the next few weeks. Establishment will be conducting minor repairs that do not require a remodel. Advised PIC to apply for a remodel is adding or removing equipment, water or electrical connections etc. Apply online on Permit Center if remodeling.
