Observed two (2) dead roaches under shelving in back room storage area. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Pest control company comes quarterly, send emails for confirmation per PIC. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
