Observed hot water dish machine not in good repair. The dish machine water measured at 145 degrees F. Per PIC, the dish machine is not currently being used for sanitizing dishes. The three compartment sink is being used to sanitize dishes as temporary solution. Due to the flow of business, dish machine must be repaired by next inspection or noted out of order. The dish machine must sanitize dishes at 160 degrees F or higher.
