Observed packaged meals in the grab and go display from "The Green Kitchen". Unable to obtain a valid permit at time of inspection. Meals include packaged Tuna Salad, chicken salad, boiled eggs, and curry chicken. The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items come from an approved source.
