Observed the cold holding prep cooler for the pizza prep holding at 45-46*F on inspectors min/max thermometer. TCS foods in the unit were holding around 41-43*F. All cold holding equipment that are used for TCS foods are required to be kept at 41*F or below. Establishment will utilize other coolers until this is repaired.
