Observed several walk-in freezers throughout establishment with a heavy accumulation of ice build-up along the walls and ceilings near the condenser unit. Discussed routine maintenance for walk-in coolers with PIC. PIC stated that they have a work order submitted to address the issue at time of inspection. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
