Observed meat market employee with a fresh box of produce kale in the meat market department, discussing with the employee the indented use of the kale it was found they it was to be washed and placed in meat case for non edible-garnishment. The remainder of the box intended use was to return to produce for customer sale. Discussed the nature of not handling open case produce products in the contaminated meat room. Boxed kale returned to produce area. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 2nd repeat violation

Observed meat market employee remove black rubber gloves, blow into gloves, and set down on meat table for re-use and storage. Gloves must be discarded when contaminated and only used for one task at a time. Once removed from hands they must be discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
