A re-inspection will take place on 10/8/2026 to ensure priority foundation violation #10 has been corrected. See INSP-244723-2025 for Responsible Party Signature.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed a leak from the dishwasher AVB when in use. PIC placed a work order with the dishwasher rental company at the time of inspection. Also observed a consistent leak from the soda machine RPZ. Observed the RPZ tagged with 2025 backflow certificates. Advised PIC to monitor RPZ as consistent leaking may also be a sign of failure. Advised PIC to provide backflow certificates for the RPZ if leaking is not intermittent.

Inspector's notes

Observed the hand sink near the salad bar and food prep sink non-functional at the time of inspection. PIC stated there have been recent issues with the sink causing leaking so the faucet had been turned off. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. No other hand sink is accessible within 25 feet and direct line of sight of the salad bar. A re-inspection will take place on 5/8/2026 to ensure the hand sink functionality is restored. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer from the low temp dishwasher after running multiple times and priming for 2 minutes. Observed the chemical supply bucket adequately filled but no sanitizer being siphoned into the chemical supply line. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
