Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Establishment was observed operating outside the scope of their approved operating permit in violation of MCEHC Chap. 1, Reg. 4(a). Observed TCS items made in the facility are sold in a grab and go refrigerator. Per Person in Charge (PIC) the small market sells past the E&D operating hours. The refrigerator is without a locking mechanism. Items observed for sale are several salads, lunch meat & cheese sandwiches, yogurts, overnight oats, cut melon and soup. Discussed permit requirements and provided application to PIC at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC to remove the TCS items from the grab and go refrigerator at close of business until adequate permitting is obtained.
