Final Construction inspection conducted with Miguel . Construction completed and approved. Inspection rights and inspection report was emailed to MiguelAddress the following items:1. Install RPZ for south pitcher rinser. Only north side pitcher rinser approved for use2. Provide sneeze protection for the espresso/slow brew area3. Seal the area by the front handwash station This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Fees paid up to this inspection approval do not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. No Copper downstream of the backflow preventer2. Provide ASSE 1022 dual check valves for the coffee, tea and espresso machines Vents are to face down3. Provide drainage piping for the three compartment and the food prep sink that does not back splash. Discussed opening floor grate and providing 1 inch air gap to the top of the floor sink floor lip. A 45^ cut on drainage pipe can reduce the water flow vent velocity4. Secure food prep sink spray faucet to provide a 1 inch air gap if pulled out5. Seal cove base under the three compartment sink, handwash station and the food prep sink. Seal back side of the handwash station next to the three compartment sink6. Ensure 1 inch air gap for the air conditioner condensation line to the top of the mopsink flood lip7. Provide separate designated water for the chemical dispenser at the mopsink8. Ensure drive thru window is self closing at all open positions9. Install handwash station and dump station that is in the coffeee bar. Provide hub drain for the dump station with 1 inch air gap for the dump station drainage line10. Seal concrete around the coffee area handwash station and dump station. Seal piping area that will be in the middle of the two sinks.11. Ensure 100^F hot water at tempered handwash stations and 110^F hot water at all other sinks at time of final inspection12.
