Hand wash sink by the ice machine had hot water temperature of 87F and the hand wash sink by the three compartment sink had hot water temperature of 73F. The hand wash sink by the three compartment sink had low flow of hot water which was not sufficient to meet minimum operating capacities. The person in charge placed a work order for both hand wash sinks at the time of inspection.
