Establishment has changed equipment and expanded the menu to include cooking meat from raw. There are three added in-counter espresso/tea machines that drain to pans/buckets underneath, altered the floor height around the drains under the dump sink, effectively removing the air gap and have a RO system tank under the side counter that is not connected to an RPZ. An appointed was made for 7/29/25 with a Plan Review inspector to address properly repairing the plumbing. The submerged inlet pitcher rinser has been removed.
