Equipment inspection conducted with Site Superintendent. At the time of this inspection, this project was about 90% complete. OK to stock and train.Inspection report emailed to Matt and Max.Please address the following prior to final inspection:1. Re-install the RPZ upstream of dump sink faucet so that it’s upstream of the RO fed line to the Nitro Brewer.2. Provide a 1-inch air gap for the drains of the ice machine with the floor sink.3. Service the South restroom toilet (unit was plugged up).4. Provide several coats of semi-gloss paint for the under counter (exposed wood). Seal the gaps at wall junctures as discussed.5. Ensure the concrete around ice machine trough and restroom drains are sealed (smooth easy to clean).6. Provide escutcheon plate for the hand sink adjacent to the 3-compartment sink.7. Ensure to brace the pre-rinse sprayer once installed on 3-compartment sink and that it maintains air gap with sink basin.8. Seal penetrations into the ceiling over the walk-in cooler.Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 506-6824 for a final inspection at 100% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. Please also ensure you have read your Responsibilities to Qualify for a Permit document and are in compliance with all requirements before final inspection.
