Observed mop sink cold/hot handles to be missing or removed at time of inspection. Discussed repairs with PIC. Instructed PIC to repair or replace the handles and reestablish a water connection at the mop sink prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

-- Employee working with exposed food observed wearing loose/hanging bracelets on wrist. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, while preparing food, food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms and hands. The inspector requested the bracelet either be removed or covered/restrained by glove (if wearing for religious purposes) to reduce the risk of jewelry coming in contact with food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
