Observed self serve creamer equipment was unable to hold creamers at 41*F. When opened cooling mechanism was frozen over. Manager placed equipment as out of service until repaired. Advised person in charge to unplug and allow unit to thaw, plug in and verify internal chamber is able to hold half and half and other creamer flavors at 41*F or lower. Will return on or before Friday July 25, 2025 to verify equipment can hold food at 41*F or lower. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
