Observed speed rack with pepperoni, supreme, Hawaiian, cheese, and pepperoni and jalapeno pizzas with no timers/paper filled out started. Person in charge stated the pizzas were placed in the rack 30 minutes prior to inspection and filled out the time as control paper noting times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Access to hand sinks at all times. Of note: Establishment has hand sink to right of main walk in unit door out of order. Please repair prior to next routine inspection. Reminder: no hand sinks may be removed. Currently hand sink to left and right of walk in unit wall. Duct tape is not a cleanable surface.Recommend: repairing side wall inside men's restroom; side wall of three compartment walkway; filling all holes inside kitchen and restrooms walls. OC inspection issues: adding metal cove base all around interior walls of main walk in unit. Emailed copy of inspection report was provided and confirmed at time of inspection. The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) topermittees in the coming months.
