Observed the pipe from the handwashing sink located on the right of the chicken frying station disconnected from the floor drain. PIC stated that the pipe was knocked over by a mop and has already called maintenance to fix the issue. PIC was informed of the importance of the maintenance of the facility. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed water leaking from the walk-in cooler condenser at the time of inspection. A bucket filled with leaking water was also observed underneath the condenser. PIC was informed that the facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
