Observed the pipe from the handwashing sink located on the right of the chicken frying station disconnected from the floor drain. PIC stated that the pipe was knocked over by a mop and has already called maintenance to fix the issue. PIC was informed of the importance of the maintenance of the facility. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
