Observed several bags of pizza toppings draining inside of the handwashing sink in the front. PIC removed the draining bags of food. Discussed using the sanitize compartment of the 3-compartment sink to drain the bags and always maintaining access to handwashing at all handwashing sinks. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
