Observed sanitizer at bar dishwash unit at 0 ppm. Sanitizer to be at 50 ppm chlorine based sanitizer. Repair company contacted for repair. Bar ware to be washed at main dishwash unit in kitchen. Reinspection to be completed on or before Sept. 4, 2026. Advised staff to verify sanitizer levels with test strips. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
