Observed upright cooler in lobby area with an ambient temperature of 47*F. Cooler contained packages of cheese and crackers, oat mush, milk based protein drinks, and milk based protein bars. Measured with inspector thermometer the products measured 47*F-49*F. The person in charge voluntarily discarded items at time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge that all refrigeration should be maintained at 41*F or below when cold holding TCS item. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
