***Second Consecutive Violation*** From Plan Review approval inspection: 1) Repair or replace faucet to 3-compartment sink; faucet is leaking from neck base and has notable mineral build-up. 3) Have RPZ backflow preventers (located under front service counter at water filter) tested and passed. Maintain certificates on site for inspection. Backflow must be tested and passed yearly at minimum. If a backflow preventer needs to be replaced, ensure it is of the same type (RPZ – ASSE 1013). 4) Either relocate shelving for drying dishware away from mop sink or install a splash guard in-between mop sink and shelving. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
