Observed a fridge containing TCS food items such as yogurt and sour cream with an ambient temperature of 47'F. Found rubber seal from fridge door to be loose and put it back in place. Afterwards fridge ambient temperature reached 41'F. Checked sour cream temperature and found it at 45'F to be be reaching 41'F. Unit has two thermometers, one is showing 45-48*F the other is showing 40*F, per person in charge temperature of food items in unit was not checked this morning and items have been in unit overnight.
