Discussed with PIC use of non-food grade bags (including to-go bags and trash bags) is not approved for storage of open food items to prevent migration of deleterious substances. PIC relocated the dough balls to single use food safe ziploc bags at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed person in charge (PIC) take off gloves and rinse hand in the three compartment sink with the rinse sprayer. Discussed with PIC hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Proper hand washing is approved only in hand washing sinks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Also discussed with PIC hand washing shall occur after touching chemicals, touching garbage, in between taking off and putting on new gloves, and any time contamination occurs. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
