Inspector's notes

Observed two handwashing sinks, one behind front counter and one by walk in cooler, without handwashing signs. Sinks were properly supplied but missed any sign or poster to indicate it is a handwashing sink. Informed Person in Charge that a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed unlabeled large storage containers of salt, flour, sugar, as well as smaller storage containers of various flours. Informed PIC of potential cross contamination and that all bulk food items not easily identifiable must be labeled with common name of food. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed shared garbage receptacle behind the building of the establishment with its lid off. Informed PIC that receptacles must remain covered when not in use to prevent potential pest harborage. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
