-- In Mayo clinic hospital reach-in refrigerator for visitors, multiple containers of raw sushi (poke roll, spicy tuna roll, chef special with raw tuna) is being stored above cooked sushi (Philadelphia roll and California roll). No visible contamination observed. Discussed with the person in charge proper food storage for packaged raw seafoods and cooked products in reach-in refrigerator to protect from cross contamination. Requested the person in charge PIC place cooked sushi above the raw sushi at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
