There were raw, frozen, whole chickens thawing in standing water at 70 degrees F in the food-prep sink. The owner was advised to thaw in cold running water, or in the walk-in cooler overnight. The owner added a lot of ice to the chickens in water, and prepped an adjacent food-prep sink for thawing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
