No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed the following topics with the general manager: 1) Obtaining new chlorine sanitizer test strips and using them to verify proper concentrations are being achieved at the mechanical dishwasher 2) Completing the Food Protection Manager Certification 3) At the time of inspection the mechanical dishwasher was not registering any detectable amount of chlorine sanitizer after running multiple cycles. The dishwasher dispensed sanitizer while priming the sanitizer line, but did not dispense sanitizer during a normal run cycle. Establishment was not actively washing dishes at the time of inspection, and has a 3-compartment sink equipped with a quaternary ammonia based sanitizer as an alternative to the mechanical dishwasher. Instructed manager to contact mechanical dishwasher servicer for repairs.*The establishment indicated an upcoming remodel taking place including the construction of a full bar, expanding the footprint of the kitchen, and updating the outdoor patio dining area. Instructed the establishment to submit a remodel application on our website. Provided directions for applying via email.
