After running multiple hand sinks continuously, hot water at 100°F was supplied after 10 minutes. Hot water was readily supplied to the 4-compartment sink. Recommended manager contact plumbing services to improve hot water availability.

Inspector's notes

Bag of onions stored under boxes of raw chicken. No visible dripping from chicken onto the onions. Spoke with PIC and onions were moved to an alternate shelf. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. PIC properly stored all raw animal proteins according to the final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
