In the same area, observed two bottles of printer ink and lysol wipes stored on the shelf above 2 shelves of various drink mixes. Toxic items were moved to proper storage at time of inspection.

Observed raw salmon, lettuce mix, produce and kimchi stored in reach-in cooler. According to PIC, all items were for personal use and were instructed to designate an area for personal food storage. In addition, upright reach-in freezer was observed in the hallway between restrooms and dry storage room with several frozen foods.PIC also indicated that freezer was for personal use. Instructed employee to move freezer to an area that is monitored to prevent contamination from customers.

All ROP fish was removed from ROP packaging at time of inspection.
