Observed unclean bandsaw with recently cut meat. in meat department. As per the person in charge equipment is cleaned at the end of the day. Surfaces must be washed, rinsed and sanitized between different meat types and at least once every 4 hours if area is not refrigerated. Band saw cleaned during the inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
