Dish machine measured at 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizer should measure at 50-100ppm. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Three compartment sink was set up with quat sanitizer and a repair person was called at time of inspection to repair machine. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
