Observed several foods items (seafood salad, spaghetti, chili, coleslaw, etc.) tightly sealed, that were prepared within 2 hours prior to inspection, actively cooling, with an internal temperature ranging 48-53*F. Person in charge removed seals for proper air flow. 3-501.15 (B) - Core: Cooling Methods; Covered and Properly Arranged Containers.
