Predefined Comment: Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Observed two large Flour SIlos in the preparation area of the bakery. Silos are approximately 20 feet tall with a 12 foot by 12-foot-wide footprint. There is a flour delivery system via tubing that goes up to the ceiling and stretches to the rear delivery door. Silo is still undergoing some assembly and operable in the near future. Predefined Comment: Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 10 business days or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e).
