In two-door reach in cooler closest to front entrance of kitchen, a half bucket had a bag of raw shrimp stored directly on top of a bag of raw chicken. Liquid from meat was observed pooled in container. Brought to attention of person in charge who had employee move shrimp to a different container. Raw proteins shall be stored separately and by cooking temperature to prevent cross contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
