Inspector's notes
Observed small prep cooler by pizza oven with an ambient temperature of 45*F using a max min thermometer. Operator cleaned the coils and temperature did not reduce. Repair company was contacted for repair. Equipment must be maintained to hold food at 41*F or lower. Staff are using an ice bath to keep food from top portion cold during high volume sales times Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to be completed on or before Friday, April 24, 2026 to verify repair has been completed.
