Recommend: replacing accordion style pvc drain pipes for hard pvc drain pipe. Of note: OC inspection in 2024- maintain air gap below three compartment sink. Ensure either a hub drain cap installed or have drain pipes to main drain and maintain 1 inch air gap. No direct plumbing connections permitted. Reminder: if installing new dish machine or adding third drive thru window; moving soda fountains or walls would require a review with Maricopa County Environmental Services Department. Observed designated hand sink to right of three compartment sink blocked and covered with trays. No signage to indicate hand sink. No soap present at hand sink. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC will stock hand sink with hand soap. ===Hand soap is required at all times at each hand sink. Hand sinks need to have signage indicating hand sinks. Hand sinks cannot be blocked. Hand sinks cannot be used for anything other than hand washing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The door on the McCafe reach in cooler is not aligning properly and and there is a small gap present along the top and side.
