Observed facility is making cold brew coffee currently, and letting it steep for 24 hours on the countertop currently. Manager discontinued the food operation. Talked to staff about cold brew coffee, and sent guidance document. Ensure that cold brew is steeped/brewed/stored/and served at 41F or less. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
