Inspector's notes

SECOND CONSECUTIVE. Observed a 7-Eleven branded cold brew (60-61°F) with a "keep refrigerated" label sitting in an automatic chiller dispenser above 41°F. Alerted the manager, who will reached out to corporate R&D to obtain the pH readings. Staff placed a work order for the automatic chiller dispensers at the time of inspection. An out-of-order sign was placed on the cold brew automatic chiller dispenser at time of inspection (see embargo). Discussed cold holding requirements with management. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
