No County legal action will result from this inspection.The handwashing sink in the Memory Care service kitchen has been uninstalled due to a remodel of the kitchen. The plumbing to the 3-compartment sink has been disconnected. All food and beverage is being plated/poured in the main kitchen. Hot food plates are transported in a hot box from the main kitchen, the meal is handed out, then all dishes and transportation equipment is returned to the kitchen to be washed/rinsed/sanitized. The process will remain the same as long as there is no handwashing sink available in the service kitchen. Food prep including plating or pouring cannot be performed.
