No County legal action will result from this inspection.Upon arrival for inspection, two reach-in freezers were observed out of service. One freezer still had food in it but was marked "not for sale" and PIC had already marked the food for disposal and reached out to a refrigeration technician and HVAC tech to service the units and establishment. Incoming TCS food shipments are on hold until the units are repaired. Discussed use-by dates. No violations noted at time of inspection.
